Cancellation Policy

Service Booking & Production Policy 1. Booking & Payments Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking date and time. No dates are "held" without a cleared deposit and a signed service agreement. Final Payment: For photography and videography, the balance is due before receiving the final product of the session/event. For website design and long-term projects, the final payment is due prior to the handover of final assets or site launch. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Client Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 72hrs before the start time. The deposit will be applied to the new date. Rescheduling within the 72hr window may incur a rescheduling fee. Cancellations: If a project is canceled by the client, the deposit remains non-refundable to cover administrative costs and lost opportunity. Force Mayor: In the event of extreme weather, equipment failure, or illness on the part of RTK, we will offer a full refund of the deposit or an immediate reschedule. 3. Service-Specific Terms Photography (Studio & Event) Culling & Editing: RTK reserves the right to select the best images for delivery. RAW or unedited files are not provided unless explicitly stated in the package. Turnaround Time: Standard delivery for edited galleries is 2-3 business days.
