Cancellation Policy

Graphic Design & Branding Design Brief & Scope: All design projects are based on the initial brief. Changes to the core concept after work has commenced will be considered a "Change of Order" and will incur an additional fee of $50. Revision Cycles: Graphic design packages include 2 rounds of revisions. A "round" consists of a consolidated list of feedback. Subsequent revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of $15 per revision. Asset Delivery: Final designs will be delivered in standard formats (JPG, PNG, PDF).
