Service Description
Team of up to 10 members will receive 8 weeks worth of extensive training virtually & in person. Aproximately 1-2 hours per week.
Cancellation Policy
Service Booking & Production Policy 1. Booking & Payments Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking date and time. No dates are "held" without a cleared deposit and a signed service agreement. Final Payment: For photography and videography, the balance is due before receiving the final product of the session/event. For website design and long-term projects, the final payment is due prior to the handover of final assets or site launch. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Client Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 72hrs before the start time. The deposit will be applied to the new date. Rescheduling within the 72hr window may incur a rescheduling fee. Cancellations: If a project is canceled by the client, the deposit remains non-refundable to cover administrative costs and lost opportunity. Force Mayor: In the event of extreme weather, equipment failure, or illness on the part of RTK, we will offer a full refund of the deposit or an immediate reschedule. Videography & Livestream Production Live Connectivity: For livestreams, the client is responsible for providing a stable internet connection (Ethernet preferred) unless RTK is contracted to provide a dedicated bonded cellular solution. Revisions: Videography packages include 1 round of minor revisions. Major structural changes requested after the edit is finalized will be billed at an hourly rate of $50/hr.
