Cancellation Policy
Print Production & Fulfillment Proofing & Approval: The client is responsible for the final proofreading of all text, layout, and design elements. RTK is not liable for errors (typos, incorrect dates, etc.) discovered after the client has provided written approval for print. Color Matching: Due to variations in monitor calibrations and the nature of different printing processes (CMYK vs. RGB), RTK cannot guarantee a 100% exact color match between digital previews and physical prints. Production Delays: While we partner with reliable vendors, the agency is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or print-house equipment failures. No Refunds on Prints: Once a print order has been sent to production, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If a physical product arrives damaged, the client must notify RTK within 48hr of delivery to initiate a claim or reprint.
