Cancellation Policy

Service Booking & Production Policy 1. Booking & Payments Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking date and time. No dates are "held" without a cleared deposit and a signed service agreement. Final Payment: For photography and videography, the balance is due before receiving the final product of the session/event. For website design and long-term projects, the final payment is due prior to the handover of final assets or site launch. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Client Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 72hrs before the start time. The deposit will be applied to the new date. Rescheduling within the 72hr window may incur a rescheduling fee. Cancellations: If a project is canceled by the client, the deposit remains non-refundable to cover administrative costs and lost opportunity. Website Design Content Delivery: The project timeline begins only after the client provides all necessary copy, branding assets, and login credentials. Delays in content delivery exceeding 30 days may result in project suspension and a restart fee of $100. Post-Launch: Following the "Handover Date," any additional updates or maintenance will be billed under a separate support agreement. 4. Intellectual Property & Usage Usage Rights: Upon final payment, the client is granted a license to use produced media for marketing and promotional purposes. The agency retains the right to use any produced work (photos, video, web snapshots) for its own portfolio and self-promotion. Ownership: Original source files (website designing content) remain the property of the agency unless a "Full Buyout" is negotiated.
